Always first:
- Unplug the appliance.
- Turn off the water supply.
- Tip: Take photos as you remove the old part, so you can easily see how to fit the new spare part.
1. Remove the control panel from the door
Open the dishwasher door and remove the control panel by loosening the screws on the inside of the appliance. Sometimes the control panel is stuck behind the rest of the door panels; if so, you'll need to remove those too. Now carefully pull the control panel out of the dishwasher.
2. Take out the old door lock
The door lock is at the top of the control panel. First, disconnect all cables. Then remove the old door lock.
3. Fit the new door lock
Attach the new door lock in the same way as the old one was fitted. Then reconnect all the cables to the right places.
