Delivery

We do everything we can to deliver your order as fast as possible to your house. Once you have paid, we will immediately package and transfer your product(s) to the carrier.

Delivery/carrier

The delivery time is stated for each product. Most products are in stock and will be delivered immediately. The carrier can be found in the shipping confirmation. Most of our products are delivered with one of the carriers listed below.

Parcels are delivered on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and sometimes on Saturday. In the case you are not at home most carriers will try to deliver your package at your neighbours. Is this not possible? Then the delivery man will leave a message with a not-at-home code, with this code you can state where you want to pick up your parcel or to be delivered for the second time. For more information about your delivery, visit the website of the carrier indicated in the shipping confirmation: DHL, Chronopost, UPS.

Track & trace

We make use of an online tracking system that enables you to track your order. When your order is sent, you will receive a code and a link, with this you can follow your order.

Processing and shipment costs

The processing and shipping costs are €8.95 per order. This is a set amount, regardless of the amount of products or shipments. For this amount, your order will be processed quickly, packed securely and durably, checked carefully and shipped safely. All of our orders (whether large or small) are sent as a parcel which reduces the risk of loss or damage during transit. Once we send your parcel you will receive an email with a tracking code which you can use to track your order.

Delivery in different countries

We deliver to the Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Norway, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, The Netherlands and United Kingdom. Our stock varies per country, for this reason we can only deliver your order in Ireland by using this website. Do you want your products to be delivered in a different country? The correct number is the type- or model number and NOT the serial number. The model number is a row of numbers and/or letters. Sometimes the model number contains a hyphen (-) or a forward slash (/).
