We ask you a few questions

We ask you a few questions

Our smart chat robot George asks you a few questions. Based on your answers George will give an advice; is the appliance that you want to buy easily fixed or is your current appliance still fixable? George will show you which spare parts are available so you can order them if you feel like it.

Better for the environment and your wallet

Fixing a product is the best for both the environment and economy. In practice a large part of valuable appliances and components are lost in waste. A part is recycled, but its better to repair it so it lasts longer before you dump it.

The correct number is the type- or model number and NOT the serial number. The model number is a row of numbers and/or letters. Sometimes the model number contains a hyphen (-) or a forward slash (/).
