Start by finding the product that you wish to purchase. Place the product in your shopping basket by clicking on the green button. You can now continue shopping or proceed to place your order.
Enter all details required to process your order in the shopping basket.
Choose the desired payment and shipping method.
Check and confirm your order by clicking on ‘order and pay’.
Pay for your order. Once we have received payment, we will process your order immediately.

The correct number is the type- or model number and NOT the serial number. The model number is a row of numbers and/or letters. Sometimes the model number contains a hyphen (-) or a forward slash (/).
Can’t find your appliance? Send us a photo of the model number plate and a description of the product you are looking for, then we will send you a link to the correct product.
