Always first:
- Unplug the appliance.
- Turn off the tap.
1. Remove the door panel from the door
Open the dishwasher door and remove the door panels by loosening the screws on the inside of the appliance. Then disconnect all cables from the control panel.
2. Take out the old detergent drawer
First disconnect all cables from the detergent drawer. Use a flathead screwdriver to pop off the metal clips holding the detergent drawer in place. On some models, the detergent drawer is fixed with screws. Then remove the detergent drawer.
3. Install the new detergent drawer
Place the new detergent drawer where the old one was. Use a flathead screwdriver to press the metal clips into the right place. Then reconnect all cables to their correct spots.
4. Put the door panel back on the dishwasher
Reconnect all cables from the control panel to the right places. Then reattach the door panels by tightening the screws on the inside.
