Always first:
- Unplug the appliance.
- Turn off the water supply.
- Tip: Take photos while removing the old part, so you can easily see how to fit the new part later.
1. Remove the door from the washing machine
Loosen the screws from the hinge and carefully take the door off the appliance.
2. Remove the old door hook
Loosen all the screws from the outer edge of the door. Take the edge off, then remove the door hook.
3. Fit the new door hook
Put the outer edge back on, making sure the door hook is in the right place. Tighten all the screws again.
4. Put the door back on the washing machine
Tighten all the screws of the front panel. Fasten the hinge screws of the door back onto the appliance. You've replaced the door hook and your washing machine is ready to use again.
