Always first:

  • Disconnect plug from power socket
  • Tip: when dismantling the old part, regularly take photos so you can see how to reassemble the new part.

1. Take out the old switch.

Take out the grease filters by pressing the latch. Loosen the screws of the protective cover and remove the cover. Loosen the screws of the crown strip. Disconnect the wiring from the switch. Remove the switch.

2. Insert the new switch.

Replace the new switch. Reattach the wiring. Put the crown strip in place and screw on the protective cover. Replace the grease filters. Well done, you've replaced the switch on your extractor hood!
