If an extractor hood is making a lot of noise or rumble, first try to figure out where the noise is coming from. There may be a problem with the exhaust hose, causing too much back pressure and forcing the motor to work harder. Also check the fan and the carbon filter of the extractor. The cause may also be with the motor itself.
