Always first:

  • Unplug the appliance.
  • Turn off the water supply.
  • Tip: Take photos as you remove the old spare part, so you can easily see how to fit the new one.

1. Remove the top of the dishwasher

Loosen the screws at the back and carefully take the top off the appliance.

2. Remove the old door hook

Use pliers to squeeze the door hook. Then remove the door hook.

3. Fit the new door hook

Push the new door hook into the opening where the old one was.

4. Put the top back on the dishwasher

Carefully place the top back on the dishwasher. Tighten the screws at the back again.
